Nichole Wright is a classically trained executive chef, who got her start in the kitchen working in Utah’s beautiful snowy Ogden Valley under decorated chefs Chris Mortenson (La Condesa Austin/ Napa Valley, Border Grill at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas) and Ryan Sleeter ( Snow Basin Resort, Utah and Nuch’s, Salt Lake City).

Nichole would spend years honing her craft in kitchens across the state before taking over as the Director of Catering for Utah’s Premier caterer, Diamond Creations.

Nichole has orchestrated catered events for many of the country’s top performers and organizations, including Journey, Def Leppard, KISS, Luke Bryan, Kanye West, Sarah Silverman, Carrie Underwood, Gabriel Iglesias, So you think you can dance, Cirque du Soleil, Snoop Dogg, Train, STYX, George Lopez, Dane Cook, Motley Crue, Disney and many many more.

In addition to her work with entertainment royalty, Nichole has also catered numerous weddings, fundraisers, cultural and sporting events.

Nichole has run and operated kitchens and front of the house operations nationwide from San Diego to Boston including time in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin with Great Wolf Lodge.

Nichole is an expert in menu design, alcoholic beverage service, systems operations, training, catering, menu engineering and the science of customer service.
