Mr. Kosel, has over 20 years experience designing, building and optimizing chain restaurants and large foodservice venues.

He has held management positions in Operations, Food & Menu Development, Commercial Kitchen Design and Brand Marketing. He has created the next generation kitchens for Darden, Brinker, Bloomin’ Brands, Pizza Hut & Wendy’s utilizing the methodologies of Lean Manufacturing and the principles of industrial design to consistently: balance labor, reduce building footprint and to correct the Investment to Return ratios for attractive franchising systems.

Howard holds a BS in Hospitality Management and has graduate certificates in Product Development Innovation and Intellectual Property Management plus is certified in ServSafe with over 10 K hours of operational experience.
